- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services using telephones, pagers, and computers
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance calls and on-call employee pages
- Integrate hospital mission and guiding principles into daily work
- Handle inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Perform data entry and record management tasks
- Assist in coordinating internal communication systems
