Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred
- ability to perform physical demands of the job
- compliance with Residents' Rights and facility policies
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- willingness to learn and attend in-service training

Job Duties
- Operate paging/telephone system as required
- answer telephone and direct calls appropriately
- receive inquiries and release information per policies
- manage Patient Trust Fund as directed
- greet and direct visitors and residents
- provide directions and information
- assist with administrative duties like typing and filing
- receive, sort, and distribute mail
- operate office machines including copier and computer
- order supplies as directed
- assist department directors with administrative matters
- attend required in-service education programs
- maintain knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- uphold confidentiality of resident and facility information
- protect residents from neglect, mistreatment, and abuse
- safeguard residents' personal property
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or administrator
