Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current valid and active driver’s license preferred
  • One year previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Freedom from illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and vendors warmly as the first point of contact
  • Answer and manage the main phone line efficiently
  • Perform clerical duties such as charge entry, admissions paperwork processing, filing, and copying
  • Maintain a professional image and uphold regulatory standards
  • Organize and prioritize tasks with strong analytical skills
  • Make independent decisions when required
  • Use and maintain computer and software applications relevant to job functions
