- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid and active driver’s license preferred
- One year previous receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to project a professional image
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Freedom from illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and vendors warmly as the first point of contact
- Answer and manage the main phone line efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as charge entry, admissions paperwork processing, filing, and copying
- Maintain a professional image and uphold regulatory standards
- Organize and prioritize tasks with strong analytical skills
- Make independent decisions when required
- Use and maintain computer and software applications relevant to job functions
