Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 1-year experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to perform duties safely
  • Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug test and hold a valid driver license

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Punctual with solid time-management skills
  • High school diploma
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to perform duties in a safe manner
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to appropriate departments
  • Greet guests and determine their needs
  • Contact appropriate departments for visitor escort
  • Oversee visitor sign-in and security process
  • Maintain conference room reservation schedule
  • Assist various departments with special projects
  • Provide information and assistance to other departments as needed
