Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is desirable but not mandatory
- Commitment to providing excellent service to senior clientele
- Ability to document accurately and maintain client records
- Availability for training and team collaboration
- Professional and friendly demeanor suitable for front-line client interactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Previous insurance or financial experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- A passion for serving seniors
Job Duties
- Answer calls as required by company policy in a helpful, professional, timely manner
- Place outgoing calls as needed to provide or obtain information
- Document all calls while in progress both written and online
- Transfer calls to employees in other departments as required to meet client needs
- Fully document client file or imaging system with all related material to leave a clear and concise audit trail
- Actively participate in cross training and group training sessions to maximize team efficiency and maintain or exceed service standards
- Communicate openly with supervisor, senior leadership, and other team members to ensure accurate responses and avoid duplication of efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
