Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is desirable but not mandatory
  • Commitment to providing excellent service to senior clientele
  • Ability to document accurately and maintain client records
  • Availability for training and team collaboration
  • Professional and friendly demeanor suitable for front-line client interactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office
  • Previous insurance or financial experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and be trained

Job Duties

  • Answer calls as required by company policy in a helpful, professional, timely manner
  • Place outgoing calls as needed to provide or obtain information
  • Document all calls while in progress both written and online
  • Transfer calls to employees in other departments as required to meet client needs
  • Fully document client file or imaging system with all related material to leave a clear and concise audit trail
  • Actively participate in cross training and group training sessions to maximize team efficiency and maintain or exceed service standards
  • Communicate openly with supervisor, senior leadership, and other team members to ensure accurate responses and avoid duplication of efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
