Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- knowledge of pool safety rules and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs
- ability to work in excessive heat for extended periods
- strong multitasking abilities
- excellent customer service skills
- basic beverage knowledge
Job Duties
- Make cabana reservations and upsell pool amenities
- welcome guests to the pool complex and assist with guest needs
- maintain cleanliness of the pool deck including rafts, towels, and restrooms
- handle retail sales such as rafts, sundries, magazines, and newspapers
- ensure no glass or unauthorized items enter the pool complex
- follow SNHD rules and regulations
- notify management of any issues requiring special attention
