Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 12 months experience in a clerical role or successful completion of secretarial science program
  • excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • ability to manage a busy reception area with switchboard phone system
  • professional demeanor
  • experience in the medical field, preferably skilled nursing
  • availability to work part-time Monday to Friday 4 PM to 8 PM including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 12 months experience in a clerical position or completion of secretarial science program from an accredited institution
  • excellent customer service skills
  • professional demeanor
  • experience in a medical or skilled nursing setting preferred
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • offer clerical support in accordance with established procedures
  • manage a busy reception desk with a switchboard phone system
  • provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers
  • maintain professional demeanor at all times
  • assist with administrative tasks as directed by supervisor
  • coordinate communication and appointments
  • uphold confidentiality and data protection standards
