Job Qualifications
- Must be able to operate and use all equipment and supplies safely and efficiently

- telephone/paging system experience preferred
- typing speed of 60 words per minute preferred
Job Duties
- Assist and direct visitors in accordance with HMH Residential Care policies while maintaining confidentiality of all residents
- operate the telephone/paging system receiving, screening and directing calls for staff members and residents
- maintain all office and gift shop supplies and equipment, including tracking inventory and ordering supplies
- prepare and maintain monthly declining balance
- perform secretarial/clerical duties including letter writing, scheduling, typing, filing, creating flyers, completing reports, postings, and operating word processing, copier and mail equipment
- complete monthly mailing, PNA disbursements and meal tickets
- maintain admission book, prepare wrist band, door tag, etc. for all new admissions and update census daily
