Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrates computer literacy including data entry and email
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services via telephones, pagers, and computer systems
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families
- Maintain records of telecommunications such as long distance calls and pages
- Ensure adherence to hospital guiding principles and integrate mission into daily duties
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the hospital front desk
- Manage on-call employee communications and paging
- Assist with general administrative support as needed
