Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services using telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, and computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long-distance phone calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Assist with data entry, word processing, email, and record management
- Manage organizational and time management tasks effectively
- Maintain quality, safety standards, and confidentiality in all interactions
