Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- one month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
- current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- one month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
- current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- previous front office medical reception experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients and assist with completion of registration forms
- verify insurance eligibility and benefit coverage
- accurately enter and update patient information electronically as needed
- receive and direct clinic telephone calls
- maintain overall flow of patients throughout the clinic
- support clerical duties to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
