Job Requirements

  • Part-time employment availability
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including day, evening, and night
  • Basic experience or training in receptionist duties
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to respond to emergencies
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and security protocols
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferably three months of receptionist experience
  • Familiarity with switchboard, communication systems, and security cameras
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • Uphold The McAuley's mission and Mercy Community Health's values
  • Greet and direct visitors and residents, answering questions and providing information
  • Reserve guest apartments and handle follow-ups
  • Distribute memos, newsletters, and resident mail
  • Manage UPS deliveries and registered mail
  • Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate with security and maintenance
  • Maintain and update reception forms and filing systems
  • Operate the switchboard and monitor security cameras
  • Schedule transportation and manage resident trip sign-ups
  • Handle work orders and key control system
