Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate orally, see and hear to collect information

- ability to type and perform data entry
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- willingness to rotate shifts and days off periodically
- proficiency in medical terminology within 90 days
- experience with Microsoft Windows

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months clerical experience in a hospital or medical office setting preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology within 90 days of employment
- experience with Microsoft Windows and basic computer functionality

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and incoming patients upon arrival
- answer inquiries and provide directions
- ensure efficient and orderly processing through registration and treatment areas

- communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and professionals
- handle multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- assist with transporting patients and baggage as needed
