Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- professional and presentable appearance
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor
- answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- maintain a neat and organized reception area
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- ensure all visitors and employees sign in and out, and maintain security, as needed
- handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or senior management team
