Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office environment or as a receptionist preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles highly valued

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage calls appropriately and schedule grooming appointments
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for groomers
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and grooming area
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Use 123Pets, our scheduling software
  • Handle office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations
