Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- One year of secretarial training or clerical experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use office equipment and computer software

Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- One year of secretarial training or clerical experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Answer all telephone calls promptly in a polite and friendly manner
- Transfer calls to appropriate staff
- Take messages when requested
- Monitor emergency systems and direct staff to emergent situations
- Call emergency personnel when necessary
- Conduct resident checks as required
- Provide visitor information and direct visitors to appropriate contacts
- Ensure visitors and contractors sign in and wear badges according to policy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception desk and lobby
- Facilitate transportation requests and coordinate scheduling
- Place courtesy calls to residents about transportation trips
- Assist residents with program sign-ups and collect payments
- Manage mail and packages including sorting and logging
- Facilitate and communicate maintenance requests
- Complete monthly charge sheets
- Support other departments with clerical duties
- Balance cash register and handle cash receipts and checks
