Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- availability to work weekend shifts consistently
- ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- basic computer proficiency
- must pass background screening as mandated by Florida law

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- provide information about community services, amenities, and tours
- support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and documentation
- collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors
