Job Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends consistently
  • background screening as mandated by Florida law
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or similar software

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • provide information about community services, amenities, and tours
  • support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and documentation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors
