Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends consistently
- background screening as mandated by Florida law
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- strong communication skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or similar software
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- provide information about community services, amenities, and tours
- support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and documentation
- collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors
