Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of clerical experience preferred

Job Duties
- Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate, transferring callers to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
- Greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner
- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Act as main point of contact for residents, family members, and guests
- Helps with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and any other tasks as requested by the supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned
