Job Requirements
- Successful completion of grade 12
- minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- previous sales experience is an asset
- excellent customer service skills
- strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- proficiency in microsoft word and excel
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- high attention to detail for processing transactions accurately while following compliance and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of grade 12 and a minimum of one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous sales experience considered an asset
- proven excellence in customer service, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- proficient in microsoft word and excel
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrated ability to process information and financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy while adhering to all regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing a warm, welcoming greeting, responding to inquiries regarding basic credit union products and services, and directing members to the appropriate departments
- accurately process transactions within the banking system
- collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment, strong morale, and a spirit of teamwork by offering support when needed
- identify member needs and provide clear, concise information to facilitate referrals to other departments for additional products and services
- coordinate local courier services and manage the distribution of incoming mail and parcels
