Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
  • Completion of typing courses
  • Experience in reception or related public contact roles preferred
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to use PC and software for clerical tasks
  • Successful completion of post offer pre-employment tests including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen
  • Commitment to uphold Eskaton values and diversity policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. including typing courses
  • Experience as a receptionist with public contact preferred
  • Familiarity with PC and related software preferred
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to format correspondence and documents
  • Competency in calendaring and filing

Job Duties

  • Receive visitors and answer phones
  • Ascertain visitor needs and contact appropriate personnel
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned
  • Maintain telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication standards
  • Manage typing formats for correspondence and documents
  • Handle calendaring and filing tasks
  • Support administrative functions to ensure effective operations
