Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English and Spanish or Russian
- intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
- demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
- thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment
- demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
- successfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy environment
- interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and through the use of technology
- moves equipment/materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- travels between worksites occasionally
- meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program

- works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings and faith-based settings such as churches
Job Duties
- Welcome and direct guests, clients, and visitors as they arrive at the office or reception area to the appropriate person or department
- manage incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member
- sort and distribute mail, emails, and packages to the relevant recipients
- coordinate appointments and meetings, calendars, and arrange conference rooms
- perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records
- assist clients or callers by providing information about the agency, its services, and its personnel
- keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensure magazines and brochures are stocked, and arrange seating for visitors
