Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years customer service experience in a related role
- Knowledge of PBX systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7 pm to 11 pm
- Must pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Two or more years of customer service work experience at a concierge, front desk or similar position
- One or more years of PBX experience is desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome residents and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain lobby, reception area, and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Monitor annunciator panels for emergencies and fire alarms, responding quickly and appropriately in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally through 2-way radio to other departments
- Monitor lobby security
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax machine, copy machine, and computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors through Accushield
- Receive deliveries, log, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Receive, log, and distribute resident prescriptions
- Take inventory of reception supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain resident census reports
- Coordinate information distribution between reception desk and departments
- Maintain general reception filing system
- Provide general administrative support to staff and residents
- Provide lunch and dinner reservations for dining rooms
- Accept tray order requests on Saturday and Sunday
