Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evening shifts from 3pm to 6pm on weekdays
  • Available for part-time employment of 30 hours per pay period
  • Basic proficiency in office software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with office software and record-keeping systems
  • Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Provide daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care and Rehabilitation
  • Assist the Executive Assistant as needed
  • Maintain the front desk during evening shifts
  • Perform record keeping and administrative follow-up functions
  • Act as receptionist covering weekdays 3pm - 6pm
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling within the executive office
  • Support the Administrator/Designee with administrative needs
