Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work every other weekend from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to interact positively with staff and visitors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative support roles preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with office software and record keeping
  • Experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an asset
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information

Job Duties

  • Provide daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care and Rehabilitation
  • Support the Executive Assistant as needed
  • Perform receptionist duties covering every other weekend from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Maintain front desk operations including record keeping
  • Assist the Administrator or Designee with administrative needs of the community
  • Manage follow-up functions related to administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth weekend office operations
