Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to type and use a computer
- Basic math skills for counting change
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of safety, disaster preparedness, and residents' rights policies
- Willingness to participate in training programs
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Availability to work every other weekend from 10am to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED, or current student
- Ability to type
- Basic knowledge of counting change
- Interest in the well-being of residents
- Effective communication with residents, families, and coworkers
- Maintain confidentiality of personal records of residents
- Knowledge of facility policies and procedures for safety and disaster preparedness, residents' rights, and universal precautions
- Participate in educational/training in-service programs
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors of the campus in a warm and pleasant manner
- Answers incoming calls on a multi-line system both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner as well as directs caller to the appropriate associate
- Provide callers with information such as facility address, directions to facility location, facility fax number, website, and other related information
- Coordinates pick up and deliveries from mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing
- Conduct sale of guest meals, meal tickets and employee meals
- Sort and distribute weekend newspapers according to list provided
- Conduct resident trust transactions
