Job Requirements
- At least age 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet Tabitha's vaccination requirements
- Ability to use standard and specialized communication equipment
- Ability to perform sedentary work and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and disaster preparedness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and on-call shifts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience with multi-line or internet-based phone systems preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to handle emergency and emotional situations appropriately
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain digital phone, intercom, email and two-way radio systems
- Receive and relay internal and external calls
- Greet and direct visitors at multiple entrances
- Monitor visitor access and conduct screening procedures
- Accept, log and distribute deliveries and mail
- Make announcements via intercom and send all-campus emails
- Monitor medical, weather alerts and energy management systems
- Act as communication hub for emergencies and weather events
- Serve as base station for two-way radio during desk hours
- Produce and distribute internal weekly communication board
- Manage mailroom operations including sorting, bulk mail coordination and distribution
- Collaborate with social workers and nursing teams to coordinate resident visits
- Arrange conference room scheduling and setups
- Assist with administrative and special projects
- Maintain professionalism and comply with disaster procedures
- Safeguard protected health information and maintain confidentiality
- Complete training and participate in meetings and in-services
- Record attendance accurately and adhere to company policies
- Uphold integrity and ethical standards in all business interactions
