- availability to work Monday through Thursday evenings from 4 pm to 9 pm

Job Duties
- Notify providers of patient arrivals
- maintain office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs
- perform clerical duties as required
- greet and assist all visitors in person and on the phone
- provide a positive and responsive environment
- manage telephone switchboard systems
- prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
