Job Requirements

  • Must have a professional dress and manner
  • Be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
  • Have excellent communication skills and telephone manners
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task and solve problems

Job Duties

  • Present a helpful and professional impression to all visitors and customers
  • Greet clients with a helpful attitude
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, filing, and data entry
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls accordingly
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as requested
