Job Duties
- Cordially greet, receive and direct facility guests
- operate the facility switchboard in a professional and courteous manner
- complete a variety of clerical duties
- support front desk operations
- assist facility staff and multidisciplinary teams as needed
- manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
