Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years' experience in reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- flexibility in work hours
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to lift 40 pounds
- must be able to work part-time hours from Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- ability to manage a multi-line phone system

Job Duties
- Serve as point of contact for all incoming calls
- check in patients and collect co-payments
- accurately input client and insurance information into clinic systems or update data as needed
- serve as liaison between patients and clinical staff for evaluations, reassessments, and discharges
- work collaboratively with other administrative team members
- communicate to providers when clients have been added or deleted from their schedules
- build and maintain relationships with families and staff
- help enforce company policies
- handle insurance and statement-related scheduling issues
- maintain the lobby’s clean and professional appearance
- assist with children when needed
- support projects assigned by Facilities Manager and Executive team
