Job Duties
- Serve as point of contact for all incoming calls
- check in patients and collect co-payments
- accurately input client and insurance information into clinic systems or update data as needed
- serve as liaison between patients and clinical staff by faxing evaluation, reassessment, or discharge documents to primary care providers
- work collaboratively with other administrative team members
- communicate to providers when clients have been added or deleted from their schedules
- build and maintain relationships with families and staff
- help enforce company policies
- communicate with team members regarding insurance or statement related scheduling issues
- maintain the lobby for clean and professional appearance
- assist with children when needed including cleaning or transition coverage
- assist with projects assigned by Facilities Manager or Executive team based on clinic needs
