Job Duties

  • Serve as point of contact for all incoming calls
  • check in patients and collect co-payments
  • accurately input client and insurance information into clinic systems or update data as needed
  • serve as liaison between patients and clinical staff by faxing evaluation, reassessment, or discharge documents to primary care providers
  • work collaboratively with other administrative team members
  • communicate to providers when clients have been added or deleted from their schedules
  • build and maintain relationships with families and staff
  • help enforce company policies
  • communicate with team members regarding insurance or statement related scheduling issues
  • maintain the lobby for clean and professional appearance
  • assist with children when needed including cleaning or transition coverage
  • assist with projects assigned by Facilities Manager or Executive team based on clinic needs
