Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • Answer questions
  • Ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • Answer and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
  • Sort, deliver and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
