Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully complete motor vehicle record review background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred especially in automotive dealership
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a professional manner within three rings and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
  • Take messages from customers when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
  • Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly and provide timely friendly professional service
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests asking questions to identify needs and resolving customer concerns
  • Maintain a professional appearance always
  • Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
