- prior business office experience preferred
- proficient in office administration, filing systems, telephone techniques, and typing reports

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors per facility policies
- provide typing, clerical support, and administrative assistance to the management team
- efficiently manage telephone inquiries, transferring calls or paging requested parties
- maintain accurate resident census reports, tracking changes as needed
- assist with additional duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and team commitment
