Job Requirements
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrate general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Uphold confidentiality
- Work collaboratively and professionally with others
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services via telephones, pagers, paging systems, radio, or computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to requests for information and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
