Job Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Preferred experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, or multilingual abilities
  • Hold U.S. or dual citizenship and ability to obtain post-hire clearance from CFIUS and the Department of Treasury

Job Qualifications

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
  • Possess proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude
  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • (Preferred) Have experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, or multilingual abilities
  • Hold U.S. or dual citizenship and can obtain post-hire clearance from CFIUS and the Department of Treasury

Job Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes as required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Providing general support to staff and management
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
