Job Duties

  • Greets all visitors and employees in a courteous manner
  • Answers high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Screens and routes calls
  • Takes messages as needed
  • Maintains security by ensuring visitors sign in and out
  • Arranges for an escort beyond the lobby area
  • Provides general office support
  • Orders office supplies
  • Receives and distributes all incoming mail
  • Prepares outgoing mail
  • Maintains running log for postage meter and postage stamps
  • Maintains documentation for current job opportunities
  • Distributes job opportunity information to Human Resources daily
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Makes hotel reservations
  • Organizes off-site meetings
  • Orders and distributes employee recognition gifts and holiday cards
  • Maintains documentation
  • Ensures lobby is clean and organized
  • Waters plants
  • Assists with holiday decorations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
