Job Duties
- Greets all visitors and employees in a courteous manner
- Answers high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system
- Screens and routes calls
- Takes messages as needed
- Maintains security by ensuring visitors sign in and out
- Arranges for an escort beyond the lobby area
- Provides general office support
- Orders office supplies
- Receives and distributes all incoming mail
- Prepares outgoing mail
- Maintains running log for postage meter and postage stamps
- Maintains documentation for current job opportunities
- Distributes job opportunity information to Human Resources daily
- Coordinates travel arrangements
- Makes hotel reservations
- Organizes off-site meetings
- Orders and distributes employee recognition gifts and holiday cards
- Maintains documentation
- Ensures lobby is clean and organized
- Waters plants
- Assists with holiday decorations
- Performs other duties as assigned
