Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a similar position such as front desk or administrative assistant
  • Pleasant and courteous demeanor
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient phone and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Automotive dealership experience is beneficial but not required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills including the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Highly professional and reliable
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, specifically Microsoft Office suite and GO-TO Phone system

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist all customers
  • Communicate and address inquiries and concerns with the relevant department personnel
  • Redirect customer complaints to the appropriate staff
  • Provide administrative support to various dealership departments as necessary
  • Complete any other assigned duties
