Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient typing and keyboard skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adherence to company quality and safety policies
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Answer multi-line telephone system and take accurate messages
- Transfer telephone calls to appropriate person efficiently
- Greet and screen incoming visitors professionally
- Promptly notify appropriate person of visitor arrival
- Open and distribute incoming mail daily
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Monitor facsimile machine and direct incoming documents
- Send documents via facsimile as requested
- Prepare and mail daily invoices
- Prepare and mail monthly statements
- Retrieve and interpret documents
- Use knowledge of 411 procedure
- Use knowledge of FDA inspection procedure
- Use SAP software
