Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to adapt to the center's needs and hour
- current child/adult CPR and First Aid certification or willing to obtain
- reliable transportation to and from work
- must be eligible and pass MSDH background check
- must be able to type over twenty words per minute
- must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs

Job Duties
- understands and demonstrates attendance and punctuality are vital
- ensure that all participants in the child care programs leave the site only with authorized persons and are signed in and out accurately
- ensure roll call is taken, accurate and head count is accurate throughout the day
- answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- receive deliveries
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- maintain the general office filing system
- be familiar with emergency procedures and follow them
- accept and properly receipt payments made to In The Zone
- answer any and all questions regarding any information that pertains to In The Zone Programs
- know and follow all In The Zone Policies and Procedures
- the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, other agencies, participants, teachers, community leaders, and the general public
- be able to perform any other tasks that would be related to the operation of In The Zone
