Job Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them where to go
- assist with deliveries
- handle light phone work
- screen employees and visitors upon arrival
- respond to requests and needs identified through voicemail and other communication methods
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- support the organization's mission through actions while on duty
- ensure residents' rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights are followed
