Job Requirements
- High school diploma or current high school student
- One year prior clerical or secretarial experience
- Ability to read and interpret general business correspondence
- Ability to speak in a pleasant, clear voice
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, decimals, and units of money
- Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to relate cordially to diverse individuals
- Dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to adhere to community policies and dress code

Job Duties
- Answer and direct telephone calls to the main switchboard
- Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and families
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, folding, shredding, faxing, and typing
- Respond to emergency calls promptly
- Follow performance standards and administrative policies
- Attend mandatory and general in-service training sessions
