Job Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or guest service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • availability Monday to Wednesday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to learn new software and phone systems quickly
  • passion for providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and direct them to appropriate departments
  • answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • provide administrative support including data entry and filing
  • maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort
  • collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication
  • manage correspondence and handle general office duties
