Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma
- None required experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Ability to deal tactfully with diverse individuals
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to operate multi-line phone, copier, fax machine, and computers
- Must adhere to dress code
- Must possess adequate sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics
- Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals
- Must be in good general health
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours if necessary

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, employees, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Provide information and referrals to residents and visitors
- Ensure security protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain records and handle administrative tasks such as operating copiers and fax machines
- Prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary
- Assist with building security and monitor visitor access
