Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or guest service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work Monday through Wednesday and Saturdays
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a guest service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • Passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Support guest satisfaction through effective coordination
