Job Requirements
- Knowledge of office procedures equivalent to completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One month of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education
- Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills

Job Duties
- Monitors security cameras, fire and security alarms
- Maintains radio contact with maintenance department and nursing home vehicles
- Maintains security cameras
- Keeps a log of keys signed in and out
- Answers incoming calls, determines purpose of calls and forwards to appropriate personnel or department and dials requested numbers
- Directs questions about the organization to appropriate personnel and provides callers with address, directions and other information
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and directs to appropriate area
- Assists with special events
- Performs a variety of clerical duties such as filing, collating, copying, sorting and typing
- Makes emergency 911 calls
