- Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant office-based administrative role
- strong verbal and writing skills
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills
- strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office suite
- detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation as well as presenting a professional, executive presence

Job Duties
- Serve as Front Desk reception during business hours
- provide general office and administrative support to management, department staff and customers
- answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution
- manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including security protocols
- assist in tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, creating purchase orders
- other duties as assigned
