Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in receptionist or guest service positions preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturdays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or guest service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and phone systems quickly
  • Passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area, ensuring guest comfort
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to facilitate communication and guest satisfaction
  • Offer guests refreshments and assistance while they wait
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate visitor flow efficiently
