Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications
  • ability to show empathy and understanding towards senior residents
  • must be compassionate, patient, professional, and courteous
  • criminal background screening required
  • proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to vaccination within 30 days unless exempted

Job Qualifications

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary
  • manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • assist residents and their families with general information and inquiries
  • coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with various community services
  • perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff
